RONCESVALLES ADMISSION PROCESS
INFO OF INTEREST: Hay plazas reservadas para los exámenes de acceso a la UNAV (diciembre – febrero – abril) y para las estudiantes que desean seguir viviendo aquí. Coincidiendo con las pruebas de acceso, haremos visitas presenciales (único momento en que se podrán ver habitaciones debido a la ocupación plena de las plazas). Es importante enviar el formulario pronto, avisarnos de vuestro SÍ en la UNAV al conocerlo y respetar los plazos del proceso, en vista de la alta demanda y la escasez de plazas. Si en el momento en que se contacta no hay plazas disponibles, se le propondrá entrar en la lista de espera y enviar las evidencias para tener el proceso lo más avanzado posible a la espera de una plaza. Tener el proceso avanzado, no garantiza la plaza.
Fill in the application form and wait for a YES from your university. When you are congratulated... contact us for further progress within 3 days. Do not delay if you are interested. If there are NO places available at the time you contact us, we will let you know.
You will receive a link containing the selection process. It includes some questions, as well as two pieces of evidence that you must attach: a video presentation and the marks of the 1st year of baccalaureate. Do not delay more than 3 days. Sending the evidence does not guarantee you a place.
If you apply for one of the places, we will schedule a Zoom interview with the candidates in the order of the evidence. If there are more applications than places, there will be someone on the waiting list.
After the zoom we will let you know if a room is available in less than 3 days.
Once you receive the confirmation, you have 3 days to formalise your place by paying the reservation fee and the deposit and sending the commitment of residence and personal details. If we do not receive the amount within the period indicated, the place will become vacant for another person.
